Day 16 Glacier to Saint Mary

Our original plan was to ride from Agpar Village on the west side of Glacier on the Going to the Sun Road to Saint Mary Lake on the east side of Glacier. However, the Logan Pass remains closed to cyclists during the week. So today our SAG crew went to great lengths to shuttle us to Saint Mary so we could ride into the park as far as possible. Just as we arrived, rain started to move in. We waited a bit and decided to take off. In the end we went as far as Rising Sun and turned around. We made it back to our hotel just in time for cold thunderstorms to start. We are disappointed not to do the Road to the Sun, but we still saw some incredible scenery.Leia mais
