Day 38 Monticello, MN to Hudson, WI

73.77 miles, 1963 feet. Today we spent a lot of time on various trails. We traveled through a lot of urban areas near Minneapolis. There were lots of turns, road construction, and missed turns making parts of the ride tedious. We also started to encounter more hills. By mid morning we crossed the Mississippi River which is relatively small here in the north. We road a very nice trail through the area.

There were several shaded trails through wooded areas. The last part of the trip was hilly with one huge climb through Stillwater, MN. We finally crossed the St. Croix River into Wisconsin.Leer más
