For my last day in Bangkok (and Thailand), I went to go see the Grand Palace and a few more temples in Bangkok.

En route to Vietnam, but visiting Angkor Wat has always been on the bucket list so I had to make sure I stopped here
PodróżnikThe food is pretty good at night markets usually. There weren't a lot of options at this one, mainly clothing and other goods. I'm going to the central market this afternoon and I'm bringing my appetite though!

Kulen Mountain

I went on a tour of the Kulen Mountain National park. It also included a trip to a floating village on the Tonle Sap, although because it's dry season nothing is floating at the moment!

I found out that in Cambodia they have firing ranges where they take you out to army bases and let you shoot Cold War era weapons with basically no restrictions so of course I had to do it

Ho Chi Minh City

Cu Chi tunnels

I saw the Cu Chi tunnels outside of Ho Chi Minh City. They were the last part of the Ho Chi Minh trail, from where Viet Cong fighters would attack. I also took a boat ride through the Mekong Delta
Ben Thanh market and cooking class

I decided to try another cooking class for Vietnamese food. Making Vietnamese food was easier than I thought it would be but very delicious!
Da Nang

I took the overnight "Reunification Express" train from Saigon to Da Nang. Traveling the whole length of the rail line would have taken 2 days so I definitely wanted to break up the trip between Czytaj więcej
Marble Mountains

I went on a day tour to "Monkey Hill" to see the Lady Buddha statue and then went on a walk through the caves of the Marble Mountains, which were used as a hospital for the Viet Cong
Last day in Da Nang

Ended my week in Da Nang with reading my book on the beach, checking out the night market for some street food, and seeing the Dragon Bridge
