French Polynesia

Arrived in Papeete in French Polynesia after 3 days at sea. Took a bus tour and saw some beautiful sites-more waterfalls included but learned a little about this place. It is where the original Bounty came ashore. Intended to take bread fruit trees back to the Caribbean to grow them for a food source for the slaves.

Overnight sailed then to Tahiti our final port before we head back to LA. What a beautiful day! We took a catamaran excursion into the bay area where the Princess was anchored. Got some amazing photos and did some snorkeling off the cat before returning to the ship. Absolutely, a wonderful day and the best day to end our adventure with.

Now, on to LA-but we still have 9 days on board to do nothing but relax and wind down from our South Pacific Adventure!!!Read more
