Behind the Pitti Pallace were acres and acres of landscaped gardens and woods. Sort of like Allerton Park but on a much grander scale. We walked for 6 miles through the gardens!

We spent over 4 hours in the gardens. As we left, the plaza in front of the palace was a perfect Sunday afternoon hangout place for lots of people and pigeons….

We have a taxi scheduled to pick us up
at our hotel at 3:15 AM tomorrow, Monday, morning to take us to the Florence airport. We will fly to Munich and then on to Denver. What a contrast we will seeЧитать далее
