Day 11 Agios Nikolaos again

Drink by the beach, Billionares yacht from the Zep Rock n Blues bar, chatted to Eleni from Albania. Avlis in the old town for a nice meal. Putin and friends watching over us! 🤨

Walked a long way through Stalis. Evening in the old town, last meal at Oliva taverna. Entertainment across the road

To Cardiff for a Mark work event, Helen had a hard time waiting for Mark, while nursing a glass of wine 🍷. Popped to see Mum, then over to Somerset to see the newlyweds and had a lovely Greek meal
North Cornwall day 1

Early start to get down to our campsite via Port Isaac. Nice site drove down to Rock (5 minutes) had a lovely afternoon on the beach and a glass of wine overlooking the lovely estuary
Rock & Padstow

Walked the path (what path?) through the 🌽 cornfields to Rock. Not straightforward, Charlie knackered, took 1.5 hours. Leisurely meal in the Blue tomato, crab 🦀 salad, yum, cider and wine, thenLæs mere
Perranporth

Visited Perranporth en route to next site at Porthtowan. Ended up at the Watering hole on the beach, a spot of lunch then watched some of the Wales v South africa game. Got the awning up and chilledLæs mere
Porthtowan walk

Walked the path to Porthtowan, too hot for poor Charlie, had to stop and carry him. Gorgeous coastal scenery. Had a couple in the Blue bar and a pizza 🍕 before a walk back up the hill. Love it. 5Læs mere
Portreath

Drove 5 minutes to Portreath. No dogs on the beach, but had an ice cream and a quick swim, plus a pint at the Basset Arms (live music Sunday afternoons). Called in Redruth on the way back, a bitLæs mere
Onto Gwithian

Onto Gwithian and a 1 night stop with no leccy. Lovely little site next to the Red River Inn. Had a pint and a walk to the beach, then had a lovely tapas in the evening chatting to a Romanian family.Læs mere
St Ives

Drove into St Ives but parked a mile out, near Carbis bay. A half hour walk down, but glorious views. Stopped for a sunny vista wine at the Pedn Olva then walked on down to the tourist trap and gotLæs mere
Porthleven

Popped over to Porthleven at thr top of the Lizard. What an unexpected joy of a place. Indie stalls, foodies and everything you could want. Spent several hours there. Ship Inn has a music festivalLæs mere
