Day 17 4wd Cape Adventure

Breakfast this morning at the Cooktown Botanical Gardens Cafe. Not bad
Had a quick look at Finch Beach, which was a nice beach with great rock formations, but no Crocs ☹️
Onto the Cook Museum, which is an extensive record of Cook and the Endeavours issues with both the reef and the indigenous people.
A short trip up to Archer lookout with a great view over the shoals and great barrier reef.
Next up was Black Mountain, which is a lot of black rocks and not much else.
Lions Den hotel is our destination tonight for our farewell dinner as this trip ends tomorrow as we 4wd through the Daintree and onto Cairns.Lue lisää
