    Today was a definite bad hair day today. The wind was gale force with a few sessions of rain.
    Not that it stopped us doing a walking tour. The tour was fantastic. Our leader was so informative. He took us through the historic centre, the Jewish quater, Chinatown, and we heard all about red-light district, ( he's not allowed to take us in).
    Ended up having lunch with a Canadian couple from the tour.
    Later we visited the Rijksmuseum. Loved it.
    Fun fact. 1. Belgium used to be part of the Netherlands and is where the King lives.
    2. Netherlands means lowlands.
    3. Holland is an area which includes Amsterdam. It's name means hollowed out. From when they drained the water so they could build.
    4. In the next few years the red light district will be closed due to too many tourists plus its dirty. The sex workers will be moved to Sth Amsterdam and into 1 huge building.
