Back in VanCity (minus the van)

Van drop off this morning, sad to say goodbye to our apartment in wheeles but excited to see Lucy again who kindly picked us up! After a great brunch and a trip to MEC (like Canadian go outdoors) we headed to the aquarium. Lily was so excited she ran around like a maniac until she fell asleep so Lucy and I went to touch starfish and got cuddled by sea urchins 😂. Then we went outside and say the cutest sea otters playing. Lucy then gave us a chauffeured tour of Vancouver. Then we headed back to Luc & Alex’s flat to eat our body weight in sushi. Luc & I left the boys with Lily and went out for some natural wine 🍷.

Last day in Vancouver we thought we should see Vancouver so we headed downtown on the skytrain (which was underground). We visited Canada place and saw a sea plane airport and floating petrol station, then we walked around all over the city and arrived at the gas clock to hear it toot, we found Lily a playground and then headed back to the apartment to back up and head to the airport.

After an emotional goodbye we began the long trip home! 🏠Read more
