Camino de Santiago - the last 100+ KM

Returning to Camino Frances to walk the last 100+ KM with 3 of my friends (it is their 1st).
Starting in Sarria and will continue onto Camino Finisterre after 2 days in Santiago de Compostela.

    This was very very 😋
    They gave us lots of amusebuches incl. aceitunas chips and something fishy on top of English cucumber canopie
    Ensalada Cesar
    Burrata con s Tartar de Agu
    Pimientos Padrón
    Champignons rellenos de Jamón
    Salata Mixta Traditional
    Pan
    ..and then comped us small petitfors of almond cake 😃

    We took a leisurely stroll on streets of Madrid that were becoming more and more alive as the time got later and later, watched a street mime perform his routine and retired to the hotel for tomorrow is a long travel day with a very early rise    En savoir plus

    Another Camino for me and conclusion of their 1st one for my friends, now part of Pilgrims family...

    Yet, who knows? Who knows but it may be given to us, after this life, to meet again in the old quarters, to play chess and draughts, to get up soon to answer the morning roll call,... and again to hastily go on... ,
    and all will meet together..., and there will be talking and laughing and cheers, and all will say: Did it not seem real?    En savoir plus
