For slightly different moment the name is not pronounced with a usual if you will Spanish KH (i.e. Na KHE rah) but rather ZH (Na ZHE rah)...go figure

Looks like some really ancient possibly from Roman times Pilgrim Way marker

Shortly thereafter I came across this marker that looked just as ancient
given his condition I couldn't help myself but straightening it out a little bit
made the Roman gods forgive me...😁
