Cooking class - definitely recommend

So this is my first time going for a cooking class, at least for myself, and I haven't done cooking in a long time either.

This was such an amazing experience (though prepare mosquito repellent if you're prone to bites) - and we learnt how to make Cambodian curry and also some desserts, and we also had a brief history on the Cambodian food while waiting for our meal.
