Buckingham Palace

We got here bright and early on our sightseeing tour, so there weren’t too many people around. The Union flag is flying which means the monarch isn’t in residence. This will change in the afternoon as King Charles has his weekly briefing with the Prime Minister.

Take a look at the boarded up gate. In February some idiot crashed his car into the gate!

So far this morning we have toured via bus, which doesn’t really suit itself to photos. Many streets were familiar from Monopoly: Regent St, Trafalgar Square, Leicester Square, Whitehall, Pall Mall etc.En savoir plus
