Majorica, Spain

We arrived at Palma a city on the southwest coast of the island of Majorca. Our excursion included a panoramic tour through Palma. We had a delicious brunch at a rustic restaurant and ate some olives, bread, cheese, Serrano Ham and sausage. We washed it down with red or white wine. A piece of almond cake and almond ice cream ended the meal along with a digestif with hint of anise and fennel.
The island is a popular holiday destination and employment depends heavily on tourism.
After our meal we travelled to the Majorca Pearl Factory and saw how they made pearl jewelry. There was also a store where you can purchase their jewelry.Leggi altro
