It was a bit of hide and go seek at first… We could hear the Jets, but then we wouldn’t see them. Having them fly over us was stupendous!

We all got a taste of history today in Williamsburg and Yorktown and Jamestown. Excited for a real meal here in Colonial Williamsburg soon.

In colonial Williamsburg, we ate at the Kings Arms Tavern - dishes, like duck and venison and peanut soup certainly hit the spot. Had no clue that history would taste so great.

Unbelievable all of the exhibits they have at the Air and Space Museum. I know we are sad that some of the exhibits were closed off for renovation, our two hours here “flew” by!

Considering the place where Lincoln was assassinated was truly quite an experience. Like everything else in DC, we wish we could’ve spent five times as much time there looking over all the details.

Our bus ride today was glorious, so fun to sit on the top of the bus and see all the things up close and personal. It’s a big bus tour also has a really great narration with DC history.
