Days 8/9 IronMasters Mansion, PA

Two full days of hiking in beautiful Pennsylvania. Staying tonight in an old mansion, now a hostel with bunk beds, tepid shower water, but lots of good energy. It’s located in Pine Grove Furnace State Park, site of an iron furnace built in the 1700s. We are at the halfway point of the AT, and today we met several people who have already hiked from Georgia.
