Day 1 hostel ‘Colo Colo Albergue’. Nice a modern interior with individual screened sleeping pods. San Sebastián is a seaside holiday destination with a very busy downtown beach (not shown).

A nice little community and a water taxi crossing to the other side. However, lots of irregular stone steps on either side really taxed the legs - almost as much as the 640 we did on the Portuguese.

Unlike the Portuguese today was all trails almost all day. After leaving Irun it was about 14km to the next community of any size.
