Tried to find the hot springs however the city has constructed bathhouses and for a small fee ($150) you can enjoy the hot springs in a private bath.

Headed southeast on Hwy 270 to Hwy 65 south down through corner of Louisiana to I-20. Will take I-20 through Mississippi to Jackson. Weather is 51° but Misty and cloudy.

It's 4:30pm and we just crossed into Mississippi on I-20 east. Not sure when we'll stop but we're headed to Jackson.

Lunch at Bearded Pig. Yummy brisket. Then we went down to the river front and walked across the toll bridge and checked out all the sites down along the St. Johns River.

Went to Jacksonville Beach today and put our feet in the sand and the ocean. Oh my God was that water cold. Then we walked around all the little shops in that area and did a little shopping.

Julie and I went to dinner with Debbie at a little place called Seafood Island right down the street from our little apartment. The shrimp and the crab and everything was delicious.
