Jour de marché à Bergerac

Our favorite day in any town is market day. Alex was up early for a run to the Boulangerie for morning crossiant, then we headed down to the place de la ville to the market. Lovely fresh produce. Accidently purchased another cutlery set and a shopping sactual to transport the weekly market shopping.
The old part of Bergerac is fabulous, the sleepy Dordogne River runs through the city, the river goes all the way to Bordeaux and out to the Atlantic.Leia mais
