Rekawa to Udawalawe

After waking up to Jiggle Bells being covered in banana (left a banana in there overnight and a monkey came to annihilate it) we enjoyed a very nice breakfast. 🍌 🐒

All fueled up, we drove to Udawalawe, checked in and secured a half day safari tour for tomorrow. Other than that we had a relaxing afternoon by the pool and walked into town for a very authentic and spicy rice and curry dinner.
On the way home, we walked past the Sri Lankas got talent tent, briefly debated whether we should enter spontaneously but decided against it in favour of an early night.Read more
