Chanonry Point

In the evening we drove to the coast for hopefully dolphin watching at Chanonry Point. We'd timed our arrival to be shortly after low tide as that was when the dolphins would be at their most lively and visible.

We were not disappointed. After a quiet start, dozens of these lovely animals came past making themselves very visible and perhaps only 20 metres away from the group of viewers on the shingle beach.

It was incredibly memorable and will remain a real highlight of this part of the trip.Læs mere
