Canoeing day 1 - boundary waters MN

Crossed 2.5 lakes and 2 of the longest portages on day 1. lakes - Round, missing link, Tuscarora. 2 portages. 142, 366 (1/2 mile and 1.1 miles). Started the day with some hail but cleared right as we got into the water. The winds were a little strong today. It sure is beautiful out here.
