Drive to Spokane

We left Ollokot and drove to Joseph. Cute artsy town with great large bronze statues. Drove along Wallowa lake to the end. There is a state park with RV and tent sites and some lodges and cabins. The tram was not open. There looked liked there was some hiking opportunities but we did not have time. We decided to take the long way and see if we could find Seldom Seen, which we did not. We took Promise road out of Wallowa thru Maxville that shows up on Google but there is nothing there and then turned on Wallupa Road which takes you to Troy. A long dirt road which was in reasonable shape but dusty. The last 1/4 of the drive to Troy we paralleled the Grand Rhonde which was very pretty. It’s a good size river. We say a lot of people fishing. We drove to Susan and Mikes place in Deer Park, just north of Spokane. Susan is an old friend of Johns. Got there about 6 and had dinner there.Okumaya devam et
