Beefeaters, Beheadings & Big Views

Today we wandered through the Tower of London, guided by a witty Beefeater who reminded us that people don’t just work there—they actually live there (alongside a few lingering ghosts of beheaded prisoners). We stood in awe before the Crown Jewels, including the world’s largest diamond, and even stumbled upon a film crew in action—an unexpected bit of magic. From there, we made our way to St. Paul’s Cathedral, where 528 steps carried us up to sweeping views of the city we’ve come to adore. Goodbye, London—we hope to see you again soon.Læs mere
