Rocky road to Raven Rock

Survived the high winds and thunderstorms of this high ridge campground 😬 to wake up for a quick backtrack ☹️ to the stream for water. Lots of ups and downs and boulder hopping. It’s the mountains baby! Interspersed with farm fields.
Carpets of wildflowers showered us with rue , anemone, toothwort, trout lilies violets, star of Bethlehem and many more harbingers of spring.
