We did how many miles??!

“Warmed” up to 40 degrees last night and enjoyed a breakfast of “whatever is left before restocking day” gruel of granola, micro greens espresso beans and bits of other stuff left in the bottom of the bag. We slept in for a near zero day of just 4 miles to Pine Grove park through greening forest. Some NOBO through hikers are beginning to pass us! They’ve done 1050+ miles already having started in Georgia in February 🤪. They’re gnarly and focused as they move quickly by. some stop and share a story, smile and good wishes as they move on quickly to beat their 25 miles day averages. We’re older and wiser and stop at The Mansion hostel. “Interesting “ place. Our trail family opted for the nearby campground. 😉
Was cool to sleep in a real bed without setting up tents , wash clothes and take a shower 😅. Chrissy ordered Mexican from El Mariachi!
