Hildegard Naturhaus Hotel

We stayed in an unusual hotel in Mattighofen. There are not a ton of hotel options, and I found this one online. I almost canceled the booking when I found out that one of the wellness services they offer is "blood letting." This place is named after an ancient nun named Hildegard, and they follow her recipes for spelt bread and other natural remedies. The fresh made bread was incredible! They teach classes here in this ancient bread making art. They call their baker a "bread sommelier. "
The gardens, pond, cottages, and mini horses made for a peaceful stay. I wish we had more time here to relax. (But I still do not want to sign up for blood-letting).Leia mais
