Portloe to Gorran Haven

Relatively short day: 13 km, lovely views with a few showers; sheltered in a shed; cows; Attimidday Rock. West Portholland and East Port Holland.

Nice hotel but too expensive to eat so back to picnic in our comfortable room. We had checked out the local fish’n’chips and bakery/off licence/corner store and had our meal planned, but when were went back to the bakery found they had fresh Cornish pasties (reduce to 1.50 ea) which they would heat for us … well, when in Cornwall … and they were delicious!
