Tibet has broken vehicles on the road, with police signs. Maybe a reminder that police exists?
Crossing the border to Nepal was really a show. The contrast between the two countries could not be more obvious. A big customs building, which was meant to impress in China vs. a shed in Nepal. EvenLeia mais

So, to reach Nepal, we had to cross one last pass over 5200 m. And afterwards it went downhill. For a long time... Until we finally reached 500 m. Of course this took us a while.
