Eigentli wörs Ziel Vietnam gsi. Was passier isch -> mir hends Visum 3 Täg vorane beahtreit und ah dem Tag wo mirs brucht hättet isches ned cho😭
Hend denn glueget wo mir sponti ehn günstige flug ih es land ohni visum chend goh…. zack flug nach Japan burchet 😂😍

Besti entscheidig! I han gmerkt das ichs würkli vermisst han und i bi echt froh bin ich wieder zrugg!

🇬🇧: okay everything went diffrent then we planed. Our plan was first to visit Vietnam, but the visum we apply 3 days before didn‘t came on time. So we couldn‘t go on our flight. 😭
Then we looked for a cheap flight to a country who is visa free. I never booked so fast a fligt tl Japan😂😍

🇨🇭: 2 Täg spöter sind mir vo Nagoya nach Kyoto gfahre. Die traditionellst Stadt in Japan, het mir letzt Johr scho guet gfalle und gfallt mir au das Johr immer no!

Sind denn am erste Tag es Matcha tasting gemache, isch sehr spannend gsi zum verschiedeni arte vo matcha z‘probiere. 🤩

Nochdem sind mir ehn Markt geahluege was au mega spannend gsi isch.

Und zum znacht hets es sehr sehr guets Ramen geh🤤

🇬🇧: 2 days later we travel from Nagoya to Kyoto. Its the most traditional city in Japan, i liked it last year so i like it this year!

At our first day we went to a matcha tasting, it was very interesting to try all this diffrent kind of matcha🤩

After that we visit a market, it also was very interesting to walk around and saw all the diffrent things.

🇨🇭: Da Kyoto die Traditionelst Stadt in Japan isch sind mir no so ehn bekannte Shrine geahluege. Insgesammt hets dete 1‘200 Statue, wo alli vo sehr langer Zit mol gmacht worde sind.

Mir sind denn au ehn chlinere ned bekannt Bambuus Wald geahluege, was au scho gsi isch vorallem do es viel weniger Lüüt gha het wie de ander. Und zum Abschluss sind mir no Gyukatsu gesse! Wagyu Beef😍😍

🇬🇧: Kyoto is the most traditional city in Japan, thats why we visit a famous shrine there. It has over 1‘200 stone figures. They are many hunder years old.

After that we visit a less famous bamboo forest, it was nice. The other one has to much tourists. For a good end we eat Gyukatsu with Wagyu Beef😍😍Read more

With the years they learned to bow infront of the ppl, because they now they will get some food.

Matcha latte, Matcha nuddle, Matcha Gyozas😮‍💨. Hend au selber chöne usprobiere zums vo Hand male und zuebereite. Het üs ehn Schwiizer erklärt wo scho sit 15 Johre det wohnt und mit de Tochter vom Gschäftsfüherer verhürotet isch.

🇨🇭: Japan isch bekannr für die crazy und interesante Theme Cafe. Au so wie das Roboter Cafe. Empfange wirsch vo nem Roboter am Empfang wo dir erklärt wies lauft.
Am Tisch hets au whn chline Robotor. Und jetzt chunts tolle, hinter dwm Robotor isch würkli ehn Mensch. Öbbeet wo ihschrenkige het oder ned use chan weg ner krankheit, het so au ehn arbeitsplatz und vereinsamt ned wells immer mit Mensch in Kontakt chömet!!😊
Am Obet sind mir mit üsem Kolleg ehm Shin in Usgang eis getrinke und in ner Matcho Bar glandet! Lustig gsi vorallwm hets für 1h All u can drink geh🥴

Am nögste Tag direkt is nögste spannende Cafe, Capibaras! Da isch au echt lustig und interesant gsi! Die sind au meeega gross!!

🇬🇧: Japan is famous for their crazy themed cafes! For example a robot cafe. At the entrence a robot will explain you everything and then u can gl to your table. There is a small little robor too and also speaks with you!
And the really amazing thing is, that there are real humans behind the small robots, ppl whi cannot work normal and have a disorder. But so they still can work from home and don‘t have to feel alone! 😊
In the evening we went with our friend Shin to the Macho Bar here and it was very funny. Specally the all you can drink part🥴

At the next day we visit another special cafe. The Capibara Cafe. They were soooo cute! And they were acutally very big!Read more

🇨🇭: Nach nem cooli Billiard Obet mit ehm Shin und sinere kollegin sind mir no eis getrinke zemme in es sogennantes Izakaya. Det kostet alles de glich Priis, also super günstig zum esse und trinke!! 🍻🥢

Am nögste Tag sind mir mitem Shin ih es chlises städtli wos viel Vintage secondhand läde het. Mir hend denn üs eh lustig challange gstellt. Jede surcht für jede eh mega lustig outfit und was schöns. Es isch so lustig gsi und mir hend richtig deppert usgseh😂😂

🇬🇧: After a nice evening by playing billiard with Shin and a friend of him we went to cheap restaurant bar. Called Izakaya, very commen here. All is the same price and is super cheap for drinks and food🍻🥢

The next day we went with Shin to a small village. In this town the have a lot of vintage secondhend stores. We started a funny challange, we had to pick up funny hilarious clothes for each other! It was so much fun, we also looked so dumb😂😂Read more

🇨🇭: Ziemlich am end vo üsere Reis sind mir mit ehm Shin zu sim Heimart Ort Yamanashi zum sini Family bsurche. Mega herzig hends üs al BH abgholt und zu sich hei gfahre!

Lustiger wiis isch am samstig alles irgennd wie kaputt gange. Kein Strom meh (da hends sit 20 Johr nüm gha) de Grund sind Affe gsi🙈🤦🏻‍♀️😂
Denn s‘obere Wc tüüre isch nüm ufgange und bim undere het au was ned tue. Sogar bim Auto isch de AC usgstiege. 😂

Anyway. Hend denn am endi vom Tag glich chöne zemme koche. Es het selber gmachti Okonomiyaki and Takoyaki geh. Szweite sind gfüllti Tintefisch bälleli. Het echt spass gmacht, mir hend sogar eimol zemme Sumo Ringe glueget.

Und es Wii tasting hend mir au no gha am sunntig 🍷🍷

(No wichtigi ahmerkig, i ha de Shin bim Pokere komplett über de Tisch zoge😌)

🇬🇧: Nearly at the end of our journey we went with Shin to his hometown Yamanashi. His parents were so cute, they pick us up at the railway station!

Saturday was fun, because nothing works. We had no electricity (since 20 years its not happened) the reason were monkeys🙈🤦🏻‍♀️😂

Then by the first toilet the door didn‘t get open anymore and the second also was something wrong. Even in the car the AC didn‘t work anymore😂

Anyway. At the end of the day we could cook together. We make Takoyaki and Okonomiyaki. The first one are filled squid balls. It was very fun that we all cook together and we also watch Sumo.

We also had a wine tasting at sunday🍷🍷

🇨🇭: Nach üsere super spannende Tee zeremonie und üsere Salsa lessons, hend Domi und ich üs no dezue entschiede zum für die ganz family brennti Mandle z‘mache. Was sehr guet ah cho isch! Hend ah üsem letzte Tag de Mt. Fuji welle geahluege, aber wie ihr eu vorstelle chönd mit üsem Glück is zu bewölkt gsi😭😭

Denn halt no es Family pic und mitem Naruto Bus zrugg nach Tokyo….

Jaa und üses Glück isch no ned verbii gsi, de stau isch so heftig gsi das mir erst 2h spöter ah cho sind😭

to make some roasted almonds. And they really like it. At our last day we wanted to visit the Mt. Fuji, but so lucky we are it was to cloudy to see it😭😭

🇨🇭: Nach nem kurze stop in Bangkok mit einere übernachtig sind mir am nögste Tag witter direkt nach Kathmandu.
Und jetzt chunt eh lustigi flughafe gschicht…

Mir hend s‘visum direkt vor Ort chöne beaträge und denn am schalter zahle. So, schwirig wirds denn wenn kei einzigi Karte funktioniert am grät… vo 7 verschiedeni Karte het keini tue.

Und denn nach vielem hin und her und das ich eimal mit nem Mitarbeiter durch de flughafe grennt bin zu allne Bankautomate hets denn bide Domi i dere Zit funktioniert und mir hend denn endli chöne usem Flughafe.
Nögste Tag denn endli gschafft zum Geld abhebe und ahgfange sache zu organisiere!

Zudem hend mir scho ehn Flug burchet für am Sunntig direkt nach Lukla. Zum gfhörlichste Flughafe vode Welt💪🏻

🇬🇧: after a short layover in Bangkok we fly directly to Kathmandu.
Now a funny airport story:

We could apply for the visa at the airport and pay at the counter. Just no card work and we tried 7 diffrent cards!!

After a long talk i went with one of the staff member across the whole airport to try diffrent atms. In this time Domi text me that she have cash now and can pay the Visa for both. Finally we could leave the airport!!
At the next day i also could manage to get cash and we organised some stuff for the hike.

Day:1 Lukla - Phakding

🇨🇭: ziemli früeh am morgä ufsgtande für das denn de Flüger verspötig gha het…
Für üs heissts jetzt Lukla, de gföhrlichst Flughafe vode Welt!! Warum isch er so gföhrlich?
1. Landebahn isch verdammt kurz
2. es lit direkt an nem Hand vom Berg und isch dezue au no vo Berge umgebe🏔️🗻
3. Unvorhersehbari Wetter bedingige machets no viel schwiriger als es isch.

Vo Luka us sind mir direkt is nögste Dorf Phakding glofe, wo mir denn au übernachtet hend.

🇬🇧: very early in the morning we went to the airport, the flight was delayed.
But for us is now time for Lukla! Its the most dangerous airport in the world!
But why?
1. the runway is very short
2. it is located directly on the hand of a mountain and is surrounded by other mountains
3. unpredictable weather conditions

Day: 2 Phakding- Namche

🇨🇭: Vo Phakding nach Namche Bazar is öbbe eh 6-7h wanderig gsi. Hend denn au vorem Nationalpark es Touriste Visum und Ihtritt für de Park mösse zahle. Unterwegs hend mir ehn Koreaner namens Geongchul oder kurz Mark kenneglernt.🤗 Er isch ganz allei do ahne cho zum de trek zmache. Mir hend ihn denn adoptiert und sind zemme mit ihn richtig Namche glofe. Die letzte 2h sind ehn strenge ahstieg gsi. Zudem hend mir no 1h am check point mösse warte bevor mir witter hend chöne😮‍💨
Und denn sind mir endli in Namche (3400) ah cho.

🇬🇧: the trek from Phakding to Namche Bazar takes 6-7h. Before we could enter the nationalpark we had to buy a tourism visum and a ticket for the nationalpark.
On the way we meet a korean guy calles Geongchul or Mark. 🤗
He was on the way by his own and so we adopt him and hiked together to Namche. The last 2h was very exhaustin because it was all the way up! And we also we had to wait 1h at the check point before we could enter.😮‍💨

🇨🇭: ahklimatisierigs täg sind super wichtig‼️
Demit meh sich ah die Höhi cha gwöhne. Es wird ah so täg au empfohle zum ehn ahstieg vo 500m ufe und denn abe macht damit meh sich dra gwöhne chan. Han ich und Domi ned gmacht wells üs guet gange isch. De Mark üsen Kolleg hets gmacht. Mir sind denn chli durch d‘stadt gschländeret. Am obet sind mir alli zemme geznacht esse bi ner Musikbar was mega lustig gsi isch.

🇬🇧: acclimatization day is very important‼️
You have to get use to the altitude. Its also recommanded to make a hike up to 500m and go down again to get use to the altitude.
We didn‘t do that, because we don‘t feel any symptoms. Just our friend mark went to the hike. Later in the evening we meet him for dinner and play some cards. It was very funny we went to a restaurant with live band and played some pool.Read more
