Cooking class today!! Cinh took us to a local market to teach us about Vietnamese food and what dishes they were used in. We bought all the food we needed for the dishes that we made. We went on a coconut boat ride shortly after.
We made:
- Vietnamese fried spring rolls
- Vietnamese ban xiao (savoury pancakes with prawns)
- noodle salad
- pho
