    El faro más al sur en tiera y delfines

    Quería ir por el faro más al sur, a cual llegar en tierra. Una caminata a playa para 5 km después, ya estaba al faro. Era lindo y dentro tiene un museo pero estaba cerrado. No era muy impresionante pero un punto bueno para cambiar mi dirección al norte. Tengo que estar en Santiago en abril. Habia unas personas campeando cerca de la playa. Por eso tenía que campear cerca del pueblo. No vi perros por eso no estaba preocupado. Puse mi carpa 15 metros de la playa. En la manana había unos delfines jugando para 30 minutos. Pero después llegaban 3 perros de la calle. 2 eran un rottweiler y un rottweiler era muy agresivo. Creo mi carpa era en su lugar de buscar desayuno en la basura de las turistas. El estaba gruniendo y ladrando para media hora. Yo tenía que gritar y tenía mis bastones para defenderme. Ya estaba listo para pelear porque varias veces venía a una distancia de 3 metros. Pero al fin todo era bien y me fui a punta arenas. Era frío y había mucha lluvia. Me quedo una noche en punta arenas y manana cruzaré la frontera a Argentina.

    I wanted to go to the most southern light tower, reachable by land. Had to walk for 5 km on the beach. The light tower itself wasn't too exciting and had a museum inside. But it was closed. But it was a nice point to turn around and go north, because I need to be in santiago in April. I put up camp close to a village because the spots before were already occupied. I didn't see any stray dogs so I thought there are none in the area.
    I put up my tent 15 meters from the beach. In the morning there were a couple of dolphins, paying close to the beach, quite beautiful. But afterwards came 3 stray dogs. 2 of which were rottweils. And one of them was very aggressive. He growled and barked at me quite aggressively. I think that i put up my tent in the área, where he usually looks for breakfast in the garbage of the tourists. I had to scream at him several times and had my trekking poles ready to defend because he came up to 3m close. That whole game of back and fourth went on for 30 min. Afterwards I quickly packed my shit and drove to punta arenas trough quite a bit of rain. I will stay there another night to dry everything and tomorrow I'm crossing to Argentina.    Læs mere

    Bienvenido a Argentina

    Son 200km a la frontera. En el camino había un barco roto en la playa. El viento era muy muy fuerte, como siempre aca. Unas veces tenía que andar en el cuarto cambio, porque el quinto no tenía sufficiente fuerza contra el viento. No había mucha gente en la frontera y yo tenía todos los papeles necesarios. Salir chile y entrar Argentina tomó 30 minutos en total. Después fui por la laguna azul muy cerca a la frontera. He recorrido un poquito y me quedo por la noche. En la noche habia mucho viento. Pero mi carpa de decathlon era fuerte.

    It's 200km to the border. Right next to the street was an old shipwreck. The wind was very strong today. Like always. A few times I couldn't use my fifth gear, because it wasn't strong enough against the wind. The border crossing wasn't busy and I had all the papers, in total it took like 30 min to leave chile and to enter Argentina. Afterwards I went to the blue lagoon quite close to the border. I explored the lagoon and stay here for the night. In the night it was super windy. My tent was laying on me but it withstood the weather. Probs to decathlon.    Læs mere

    Sin gasolina en argentina

    Me quedaba poco hasta rio gallegos. Algo como 50 kilómetros. El moto ya estaba en la reserva de bencina, pero normalmente la reserva está sufficiente para 80km. Pero viento de 100km no es normal. 4km antes de la gasolinera se apaga el motor. Empezé empujar con 3,5kmh. Sería una hora y 15 minutos a la gasolinera. No tan malo. Después quince minutos un me preguntó si podría ayudar y fue a buscar gasolina. Me llevaba 3l y no quería plata y nada. Gracias a la gente amable aca. Después fui a llenar mi tanque y comprarme un bidon de gasolina. Me quedé en la rincón de la mochila. Un hostal barato de viajeros para viajeros. Compartimos la comida y jugamos truco.
    El día después intenté pagar mi seguro. Hay que decir que el peso argentino tiene una inflación alta y no hay sufficiente. Las tarjetas de crédito cobran casi 20 porciento y no están aceptado en muchos lugares. Tampoco el cajero me da plata.
    Al final me envié plata a western unión, era lo más barato y usan el tipo de cambio azul.
    En general argentina está muy caro ahora. Una lata de atún 2000 pesos en oferta, 500ml de cola 2000. Una situación muy difícil para la gente aca. Me dicen que ya estan acostumbrado a sobrevivir.

    There was only a short distance left to the next city. Sth like 50-ish km but i was already on reserve. Usually my Honda should get me 80kmh in reserve. But that's without 100kmh headwinds. 4km before the next gas station my engine died. It would have been a good hour of pushing the bike so still not the worst place. But afterwards 15 minutes an argentinian guy asked if he could help and went of to get me some gas. He didn't even want any money for it. Afterwards I filled up and bought a gas canister.
    I'm staying in the hostel the corner of the backpack. Made by traveller's for travellers. Sharing food and playing truco.
    Today I want to pay my insurance for the bike. That turned out to be a major challenge. Western union here doesnt take credit cards. The atm also didn't give me any money. So the best opportunity was to send me money to pick up cash at western union. I guess that's a problem of countries with crazy governments.
    The supermarkets have prices like the US. 500ml of coke or a can of tuna 2Euro. The Argentinians say that they are used to survive instead of to live.    Læs mere

    Al norte

    El plan es seguir la ruta 40 y buscar und lugar para acampar. El próximo día quiero buscar un envío en puerto natales (espero que ya legó). Eran 100km en asfalto y 100 en ripio. El último parte era más entretenido. No había sitios interesantes en el camino. Cerca de rio turbio había/hay muchas minerias de carbon. Lamentablemente el museo era cerrado. Disfruté un capuccino para 4 euro y me fui a buscar un sitio de camping. Hay un camping libre cerca del lago, pero ya podía escuchar los perros de la calle, entonces me fui a continuar un poco la ruta 40 y puse mi carpa al lado de calle con protección del viento. Otra vez la noche era muy frío. En la manana la carpa y la moto están congelado con hielo. No podía sentir mis pies. Pero con el amanecer venía una dia lindo con mucho sol.
    Ya llega el tiempo para avanzar al norte.Despues

    The plan is to follow the ruta 40 and look for a place to stay the night, because the day after I want to pick up a package in puerto natales(which has hopefully arrived, it left punta arenas today in the morning). It was 100km of tarmac followed by 100km of gravel road. The last part was way more entertaining. There was not a lot to see along the road. Close to rio turbio there or still is a lot of coal mining. Unfortunately the museum is closed today. So I went on to enjoy a capuccino for 4 Euro and look for place to stay. The city has free camping close to the lake, but on the way there I already encountered several aggressive street dogs and from the campsite I could still hear them barking. So I decided to continue a bit along the ruta 40 and found a place with some shelter from the wind. The night was quite cold. In the morning the tent and the bike are frozen. I couldnt feel my tows. But with the sunrise came a beautiful day with lots of sun.

    El camino a un glaciar famoso

    Voy a la dirección del glaciar petito moreno. Son 250km. La mitad en ripio. El primer parte en ripio no era tan especial pero había muchos (Ostriches). Yo quiero quedarme en un camping libre mas o menos cerca al glaciar. El ultimo parte del camino al camping era espectacular con un paisaje muy lindo. Con montanas y lagos. Y todo con sol. En el camping había un atardecer muy lindo. Y el camling tiene muchos (fox), muy acostumbrado al humano. No tienen miedo de mi.Læs mere

    El glaciar perito moreno

    Primer destinación del día es el glaciar petito moreno. La ruta pasa por un lago y otra vez con un paisaje muy lindo. Te cobran 45 euro entrada para el glaciar, pero si eres estudiante son 7 euro. 45 sería demasiado para mi porque no hay nada allá. Vas a ver y glaciar y haces una vuelta de 10 minutos y no más. Es uno de los pocos glaciares cuales están creciendo. Después voy por el chalten. El camino no tiene mucho de ofrecer, pero antes de el chalten con las montanas se ve muy lindo. Muchas turistas hacen fotos en la calle. Pero no voy a hacer el trekking de Fitz roy porque viene un clima frío. Estos trekking son para otro viaje.
    El chalten es un pueblo sólo para turistas. Un hostal sale 25 luca por noche en un dormitorio compartido y los precios del supermercado son carisimo

    First destination of the day is the glaciar petito moreno. The roads pases on the side of a like which is very beautiful. They charge you 45 bucks entrance fee, but as a student only 7. For me personally 45 would be to much. You go there, you look at it but there is nothing more to see there. Afterwards I go to el chalten. The 200km there have nothing to offer, but just before el chalten there is beautiful landscape with the road and the mountains. I think one of the most famous pictures of patagonia. All the tourists stop in the road to take pictures. I will skip the trekkings there because there is some cold weather coming. I'll keep those for another time.
    El chalten is a village that only exists for tourism. A dorm bed costs 25 euro and the supermarkets are super expensive too.    Læs mere

    Gasolineras sin gas

    Hoy es un día grande. He planeado 600km y también las estaciones para rellenar la gasolina (nafta en argentina). Cuando salía el chalten había un tiempo muy lindo. Estaba un poco triste que no podía recorrer las montanas. Pero en 2 días estará mucho más frío y con mucha lluvia. Por eso quiero usar los 2 días para escapar la lluvia. Y también quiero acercarme a Santiago porque mi familia me visitará en 2 semanas. Con este panorama y con un razón para regresar a patagonia salía de el chalten feliz.
    La primera gasolinera era un tal vez porque en mi applicacion favorita iOverlander, ya han dicho que a veces no tiene combustible. Hoy no hay mucho viento, por eso recorría los 300km a la próxima gasolinera sin problema hasta la ciudad gobernador Gregores. Habia 80km de ripido pessimo. Unas veces estaba andando con 30kmh y casi me caige unas veces. La ciudsd era relativamente grande con muchas estancias grandissimo. También con unas historias tristes. Cuando los esclaves querían mejorar sus condiciones del trabajo en los 1920s, los dueños los han matado.
    Después eran 70km más de ripido pero bastante bueno. Llegó a lago posadas a las 8. El chico de la gasolinera me ayude buscar alojamiento económico y al final me quedo en un camping sin dueño. Buscaré el dueño manana para pagar los 3 euro.
    El pueblito está muy lejo de todo. No hay signal y hay un generador cual produce la electricidad. (Espero que apagará por la noche porque hace mucho ruidos)

    Today will be a big day. I have planned 600km with sufficient gas stops. When I was leaving el chalten there was a beautiful sun shine. I was a bit sad that I couldn't explore the mountains but I want to use the weather window right now to get north. Also my family is visiting me in 2 weeks so I wanna continue in the direction of santiago. With this tought and with a reason to come back to patagonia im leaving happy.
    The first gas station was a planned maybe because m favorite application, iOverlander, there quite a few reports when they didn't have gas. But today there was not a lot of wind so I made the 300km to the next gas station without problems. The roads there was very bad for 80km. The worst gravel so far. A few times I was driving with 50kmh and almost fell down. The next city gobernador gregores is surprisingly big. I read that they killed a lot of slaves when they went on strike in the 1920s. After another 70km of gravel I arrived in lago posadas. The gas station guy helped to find a cheapish place to stay (30 bucks a night), but it was already full. In the end I'm staying in an empty camping and I'll try to find the owner tomorrow morning to pay.
    The city is so remote that there is no phone signal and the city is powered by a generator.( I hope it's gonna turn off for rhe night, it's quite loud)    Læs mere

    Paso roballo - un paso a un parque nacio

    Es paso roballo tiene 180km de ripio. Antes el chico de la gasolinera me dijo que tengo que recorrer el lago cerca de lagos posados. Tiene un arco de piedra en un lago lindo. El paso tiene muchas montanas preciosos. En el control hay que esperar 20 minutos hasta que viene correo cual confirme que la persona entrando esta sin multas. Después entre el parque nacional patagonia. Igualmente muy impresionante y perfecto para recorrer en moto. Después el parque fui a cochrane para descansar en un camping bueno porque viene un día de lluvia.

    The paso roballo is 180km long and with a gravel road. Before I had to explore the lake close to Lagos posadas. The guy at the gas station told me I must check it out. It had a rock arch in the lake with some great riding to it.
    The mountains at the pass are incredible. Everything is very analoge, so you have to wait 20 minutes until they confirm your criminal record with an email. After the checkpoint you enter into the parque patagonia. Incredibly beautiful and perfect for riding. After the parque I went to cochrane to look for a nice camping because tomorrow will be a day of rain.    Læs mere

    Un dia de descansar con amigos

    Me quedo el día en el camping por la lluvia. Estamos conversando con muchas personas interesantes. Me encanta las conversaciones con los viajeros cuales están viajando sin plan y sin plata. En la tarde llega Owen de Canada en bici, el amigo del refugio de los pinguinos rey. Llegó completamente mojado y con 4 pinchas en su ruedas. Estaba caminando 70km. Sus pneumaticos y cámaras están en un estado muy mal. Pero no hay neumáticos nuevos aca. Entonces reparamos su cámaras con las cosas cuales tenemos y cambiamos sus neumáticos de adelante a atrás y al revés. Después comimos todos juntos, escuchamos a música chilena y tomamos un vino caliento. Y unos bailan cuevas. Una tarde lindo.

    I'm staying another night in the camping due to the rain. I'm having a slow breakfast with a lot of talking with travellers. In the afternoon Owen arrives on a broken bicycle. The guy from the penguin adventure in the south. Now he has 4 punctures in his tires and has been walking for 70km with his bicycle. His tires and tubes are in terrible state. But there are no new tires available so we fix them as good as possible with the help of 3 bikers. Afterwards we spent the evening talking, listening to Chilean music and drinking mulled wine.     La carretera austral en otoño

    Ya recorri esta parte de carretera cuando estaba bajando. Pero es más o menos la única opción. Pero en la otra dirección y con los colores del otoño se ve completamente diferente. De verdad tenía que verificar unas veces que estoy en la ruta correcta. Pasé por el río Baker con una cascada muy grande y después por el lago general carrera. Con el sol era un paisaje muy lindo. Me quedé en rio tranquilo y manana voy por coyhaique.

    I already did this part of the carretera when i was going south. But it's more or less the only option. But since I'm going in the other direction and with the colour's of fall it looked completely different. I had to check several times that I'm on the correct road. I drove along the río Baker with a gigantic cascade and then along the lago general carrera. It's was a beautiful fall day with quite a bit of sun.     Avanzando al norte

    Quiero ir a coyahique hoy. Esta relativamente frío con 2 grados en la manana. En el camino cambia el clima varias veces con sol viento y poco lluvia. En una curva no podía ver nada por el sol y me caigé muy lento en la cuneta. Pero no pasó nada y continué. Después villa cerro castillo tomé una calle pequeno pero muy lindo. Allá sacé las fotos y después llegue a coyhaique.
    Las montanas con la nieve estan impresionante en este tiempo.

    Today's goal is coyhaique. It's quite cold, around 2 degrees in the morning. During the ride the weather changes from wind to sun and a bit of rain. Sometimes I can't see a lot due to the low sun and at some point I fall into the ditch. But I was very slow so nothing happened. After villa cerro castillo I took a small side road with beautiful views. There I took the pictures. Afterwards I reached coyhaique.

    Nunca confias el boletin metereologico

    El plan era quedarme el día coyhaique porque ayer han dicho que hay harta lluvia hoy. Pero como siempre no era el caso. Habia sol en la manana y entonces me fui al norte en la carretera austral. Después 1,5 horas era muy frío y había lluvia.
    En la mitad del camino había la primera señalizacion por puerto montt en 500km. Me siento emocional saliendo la region de patagonia. Con un corazon lleno de paisajes lindos, amigos nuevos y recuerdas lindas. O para resumir viviendo un sueño mío.
    Poco antes de puyuhuapi encontré una cascada muy grande y lindo por coincidente. Me quedo en un camping/hostal para 5 luca la noche. Hay colchos y puedo poner mi saco de dormir arriba. Un lujo.
    En el camping hay un hombre de Bélgica, viajando por 18 anos en latinoamerica. De estas personas podemos aprender mucho.
    Y finalmente desde semanas, he encontrado una palta buena en el supermercado.

    I wanted to stay the day in coyhaique because it was supposed to rain. But like always it was quite sunny in the morning so I decided to continue. It was quite cold and after 1,5 hours of driving the rain caught up with me. In the middle of the way there was the first sign that indicated puerto montt in 500km. It made me feel quite emotional. Leaving this beautiful region with so many beautiful memories, new friends or to make it short, living one of my dreams.
    Shortly before puyuhuapi I found a nice waterfall to explore.
    I'm staying in a camping/hostel for 5 bucks a night. They have bunk beds with mattresses and you can put your sleeping bag on top.
    There is Belgian guy staying here, who has been travelling latin América for 18 years by bike. We can learn a lot from those people.
    And finally after weeks, for the first time I found a good avocado in the supermarket.    Læs mere

    De Futaleúfu a Futalaufquen

    Después del vino de ayer me levantaba tarde y cruce la frontera a Argentina a la una en el paso futaleufu. Después había un museo en la pampa. Es de un hombre cual caminó de alaska a Ushuaia. En el hay un molino de agua cual funciona, unos autos viejos y un taller cual funciona con vapor. Era muy interessante. Después entré el parque nacional los alerces por coincidente. Me quedo en un camping dentro del parque al lado de un lago. No es la época de las turistas porque soy el único aca. Hay un atardecer muy lindo.

    Today I slept a bit longer due to the wine of yesterday. I cross the border to Argentina around 1 at the paso futaleufu. Afterwards, in the middle of nowhere there was a museum. It's made by a guy that walked from alaska to Ushuaia. There is working watermill, some oldtimers and a steam powered workshop. Super interesting. Afterwards I enter the parque nacional los alerces by accident and I'm staying in the park tonight close to a lake. The tourist is definitely over because I'm the only person in the camping.     Una casa de banditos, empanadas y montan

    Crucé el parque los alerces en la manana. O a la una porque en la manana todas mis cosas eran congeladas. Después encontré la casa de Butch Cassidy y the Sundance kid. Banditos del wild west cual vivían en el siglo 19. Hoy sólo hay abejas allá. Pero muy interesante para imaginar un vida escapando la policía.
    En el bolson había una feria artesanal con muchas cosas muy lindas. Comí unas empanadas espectaculares. Despues pasé al lado de unos lagos a bariloche. Me quedaré 2 noches en un hostal para recorrer un poco bariloche. Estábamos conversando y tomando hasta las 3 con una argentina, 2 franceses y un chico de España.

    I crossed the parque los alerces in the morning. More or less in the morning around 1. Everything was frozen in the morning I had to dry everything. After the parque I visited the house of butch cassidy and sundance kid. 2 gangsters from the wild west living in the 19th century. In el bolson I visited a market with lots of handcrafted goods and some great empanadas. Afterwards I drove along some beautiful lakes. I'll stay 2 nights in bariloche to explore a little bit. We had a great conversation until 3 in the morning with a girl from argntina, 2 guys from France and one from Spain.    Læs mere

    Estos días mi mama y hermana me estan visitando. Fuimos a recorrer el centro de Santiago, el museo de los derechos humanos, los parques santa Lucía y San Cristóbal y la cosa más importante: hicimos un asado con patrick y karen. Depsues vamos al desierto.

    La ruta de los 7 lagos

    Recorri la ruta de los 7 lagos. Una ruta muy linda con varios lagos bosques y montanas con buenas curvas. Despues fui a villa pehuenia. Pasé al lado de un río para 150km. Y en la tarde disfruté el atardecer en la playa del pueblo.

    In the morning I did the route of the 7 lakes. I passes by lakes mountains and forest with nice turns. Very beautiful to ride a motorbike trough. Afterwards I drove to villa pehuenia, along a river for 150km and enjoyed the sunset at the beach of a lake.    Læs mere

    Un dia para aprender

    En la manana la cadena ya no tenía la tensión correcta. Pero el día antes ya la tensé y por eso quería esperar hasta la tarde.
    Durante el día llegó al la mitad oficial de la ruta 40. Y un poco después me caigó la cadena en la mitad de la pampa. Tenía que trabajar una hora para que la cadena podía salir porque estaba atrapado. Depsues un chico me remolcé al próximo pueblo y con el mecánico de alle fuimos a 3 casas para preguntar para el parte de la conexión de la cadena. Teníamos que lijar el parte para que funciona con mi cadena. Y al final con varias improvisaciones y espero que me llevan a Santiago.

    In the morning my chain already had quite a bit of slack. But because i tightened it yesterday i thought in the evening is sufficient. During the day i arrived to the middle of the ruta 40. And a little bit after that point my chain snapped after some horses crossed the road. I had to work on it for an hour to demount de chain because it was quite stuck. Afterwards a guy towed me to the next village where I went to 3 houses with a mechanic looking for a connecting link. But in the end found one, although we had to grind it down quite a bit. With some improvisation done I have quite some confidence that we are gonna make it the 800km to santiago.    Læs mere

    Al inicio había 80km de ripio malo. Los hombres del pueblo cerca ya me han dicho que hay muchos motos de viajeros en pueblo, cuales son un daño total. Por las condiciones hay muchos accidentes. Iba muy lento y con mucho cuidado y sin problemas grandes. Despues fui a una cueva muy interesante y entretenido.

    The beginning of the day consisted of 80km of really bad gravel road. The guys in the village already warned me that there are quite view bikes remaining in the village from accidents of travellers. So I went quite slow and safe and it took me 2 hours for the stretch.     Descansar en Mendoza

    Tengo 2 noches en mendoza para descansar. Hay un museo cerrado y dentro de la ciudsd no hay mucho más. Me junte con dos amigas del cerro castillo, la vale y nati. Fuimos a un parque y intenté slackline y tomamos vino. Despues me junte con mi tía cual está en mendoza también por coincidente. Hoy me voy por Santiago. Va a venir mi familia y estaré el guía de chile.

    I'll spend 2 nights in mendoza. Within the city there is not too much to see. But I met vale and nati, 2 friends that I made in cerro castillo. We went to a parc and tried out to slackline and drank some wine. Afterwards I met my aunt which happened to be in mendoza these days too. Today I'm leaving to santiago to do much needed maintenance of the bike and to meet my family and I'll be their chile guide.    Læs mere

    El guia de chile

    Yo presentaba Chile a mi hermana y mamá. Fuimos a la atacama para ver los estrellas, el desierto y los geysirs de tatio. Depsues fuimos a la serena y el valle de elqui. Hicimos un tour para ver bellenas y delfines. Las bellenas eran justo lado del barco. Definitivamente un highlight. Con una pausa de un día en valpo, para recorrer la ciudsd, fuimos a quilpue y después al sur. Visitábamos el parque conguilillo y pucon. Uno de los paisajes más lindos de chile.

    I wanted to present chile to my sister and mother. First we went north to the atacama. We did stargazing, explored the desert and visited the geysirs. Afterwards we went to la serena and valle de elqui and did a whale watching tour. The whales came right next to the boat. With a rest day valpo, we continued to the south to the parque conguilillo and pucon. Incredible landscapes.    Læs mere

    Preparations for bolivia

    Tenía que hacer mantenimiento en Santiago. Cambié la cadena, los pinzones, el aceite, filtros de aire y del aceite y un neumático. Tenía problemas encontrar los partes cuales prefería pero con la ayuda de la familia y amigos lo logré. Aproveché de mi tiempo para ver familia, amigos y recorrer valapraiso varias veces con la mejor guía. Habia música de folclore y mucha comida rica.

    I had to do some maintenance on the bike. Had to change the chain, the pinions, the oil, oil and air filter and the rear tire. I had problems to find the spare parts which I wanted but with the help of family and friends it got them in the end. I used my time to see family friends and went to valparaiso with the best guide. Got some great food there and listened to some folklore music in the bars.    Læs mere

    El primer día (mediodía) de viajar. Fui hasta la ballena. No es la temporada de vacaciones. Los campings están cerrado. Al final me quedo en un tiny house. Es mucho más complicado encontrar alojamiento barato aca. No es el sur cual es lleno de campings. Pero el panorama de Bolivia barato, vamos a compensar.
    Quería cruzar a Argentina pero todos los pesos estan cerrado por maltiempo ahora. Entonces continuaré en chile.

    First day, or more half a day. I drove until la ballena. Tourist season is over. The campings are closed. So it's a bit more complicated to find a cheap place to stay. It's not the south here which is full of cheap campings. But Bolivia is gonna be cheap so it's okay. I wanted to head north trough Argentine but all the mountain passes are closed right now due to some bad weather.    Læs mere

    Crossing the desert

    Llegue a Antofagasta. Un tramo bastante grande y duro mentalmente. El sol en la tarde me cansaba harto. El norte está lleno de minerias y por eso hay muchos transportes con las máquinas pesadas de las minerias en la autopista muy entretenido. En el video es un pala cargadora. Por su tamaño lo tienen que transportar en varios partes. Pasé varias veces al lado del mar y al lado de la pan de azúcar. Eran tramos bastante lindo. Al final del día tenía el atardecer en el desierto a 2000 metros. Frío pero lindo. Manana continuaré al este.

    I made it to Antofagasta! Quite a long and challenging way. The afternoon sun was very strong and made very tired. The north of chile is full of mines. On the highways there are lots of heavy equipment transports. In the video is a front end loader. They must be transported disassembled due to their size.
    I went by the ocean a few times and passed by the pan de azucar parc. Quite a beautiful scenery. At the end of the day i got to enjoy the sunset at 2000m in the desert. Beautiful but cold. Tomorrow I'm heading east!    Læs mere
