Ubud

After getting the most sweaty non air-conned bus of our lives, we arrived in ubud. 3 boys we had met in Australia also came out to Bali to join us. We went to the monkey forest which was quite scary!! We also went to the rice terraces which is so amazing but was quite a sweaty walk round. It’s so hot in Bali that we’re constantly sweating 😂 We had lots of yummy and cheap meals. One day we woke up at 1am to climb Mount Batur (a volcano) and hiked for 6 hours. However it was quite cloudy so only saw the sunrise when the clouds dispersed - still good to do some exercise though!! Then we went to a coffee plantation and tried lots of different coffees, some were even made of Luwak poo which is an animal like a cat. We also rented mopeds to drive around which was really fun.Weiterlesen
