Las Ramblas, Sagrada Familia and beyond

So I covered a fair bit after Parc Güell firstly I headed to Sagrada Família this was supposed to be a highlight of the day. Alas, I turned up to find it surrounded by cranes and workmen’s barriers. I declined paying to go inside and decided I will come back and do it another time in the future when all the works have finished. So I left there and headed for Las Ramblas, guess what it was dug up with workman’s hoardings everywhere. I wandered up and down a few alleyways and visited the market. I then decided to go to Palau Guell so off i set thankfully not to far from where I was as when I got there it was closed. I still enjoyed my day but maybe January isn’t the best time to see the sights !!!Read more
