Glass blowing

So today, I headed to a murano glass blowing factory and watched the glass master make a cup, then he used the leftover glass to make a horse figurine.
We spent lots of money on the glass in the shop, but luckily with the tour we got 20% off 😀
Afterwards, we took a gondola ride through the canals. It was very cold, and the other gondola stole the blanket 😂 and we forgot the cornetto 😂
For dinner we went out to an Italian restaurant, I ordered the duck with linguine.Read more

Good bye venice hello pisa

Today i said good bye to Venice and traveled all the way down to pisa.
The after a few hours and a few plane delays met up with Brydie. Was so nice to see her after all this time !!!

Today we ventured around pisa seeing the leaning tower of pisa and all the other building around it like the cathedral. It was so cool !
But when we went up the leaning tower of pisa its was a bit weird and made you feel really funny being on a massive slant.
After the our lovely lunch we hopped on a train and headed to Lucca. Where we have a lovely wood fired pizza for dinner.Read more

Well today didn't go as planned our cooking class was cancelled due to the people having covid.
So instead we had a wonder round the whole city had a lovely rustic Italian lunch.
Then we both headed to Florence.
We had the best dinner in an 1950s American diner
It was so cool they were going round rollerskating and everything.

Florence is a really cool place we had a really good day look all through the city finding all the hidden gems.
We say the cathedral and all the surrounding building. We also found all of Florence's naked statues as dad told us to do. We also found some other cool places like a hardback cafe. We thought we would capture the moment with a proper picture !!😂 I'm on the left brydie on the rightRead more

Well I fucked up a bit here and the hotel I book was complete miles away from anywhere. Lucky brydie found a way to get into the city so it wasn't to much of a flop. Its a very weird place though no one really there bit of a ghost town. 👻Read more

Siena to Rome

We hopped on a bus this morning for a three hour drive all the way down the road.
It was really lovely as your could see such alot of pleases driving past even though I did fall asleep for about 2 out of the 3 hours.
Once we got here, we had a wonder all afternoon finding somewhere for lunch.

Today we had a lovely day including a tour around Rome including the roman forum, emperor Palace and yhe colossem. What a amazing place and how they built all thus architecture back then.

Vatican city

Today we has a slower day and tried to see the Vatican city but it was quite confusing as you couldn't really get in and there was about a 2 mile queue for something we didn't fancied standing in. But it was a beautiful place.
Instead we looked round all the tat shops and eaten more lovely food.
Tonight we had a street food tour much was really cool eating some of the world's best Italian food apparently.
