Point Loma Loop

After our morning of bike maintenance we decided to take the bikes for a spin out to Point Loma to check out the historic lighthouse and learn about San Diego's military history. The views of San Diego Bay underscored the significant military presence in the city, while the thousands of headstones along Cabrillo Memorial Drive were a powerful reminder of the true cost of war. The tide was too high to explore the tide pools so we rode back along Sunset Cliffs Blvd and took in the beautiful sunset.Leggi altro
