    Tag 1. Start, 3 Länder 2 Pässe

    Nach einem lustigen pre get together meeting gestern Abend, und die erste Nacht im Volvo, ging es heute morgen endlich los. Roadbook studieren, die Route planen und dann konnte es endlich losgehen.
    Die zwei Road missions haben uns heute insgesamt 5266 Höhenmeter und 354 gefahrene Kilometer beschert. Das Timmelsjoch und das Stilfser Joch haben unserer vollgeladenen Rallye Machine alles abverlangt, aber der Volvo hat uns Tapfer über die Pässe gebracht. Natürlich mussten wir noch ein paar Aufgaben aus dem Roadbook erledigen..
    um 21 Uhr sind wir dann müde aber happy in Bormio angekommen. Noch ne Pizza und ab ins Bett 😉    Leer más

    Tag 2 ….

    Was für ein geiler Tag heute . Uns stand eine Mörder Etappe bevor. Früh am Morgen ging es los in Bormio. Tolle Kulissen und die Vorfreude auf den ersten Pass war schon groß. Doch kurz vor Sankt Moritz bekam der Volvo plötzlich ein bisschen husten 🤧 Nach net Stunde haben wir das kleine Problem gefunden. Ein bisschen Tape und und es könnte weitergehen.
    Für ein Foto wollten wir kurz am 5 Sterne Kempinski stehen bleiben, aber die fanden unsere Kolonne so cool dass wir direkt ein ganzes shooting gemacht haben😂
    Über beindruckende Pässe und wegen einer weiteren kleinen Panne, sind wir nach 431 Km happy an der abendlichen Party Location in Valenza angekommen..    Leer más

    Heute ging es für uns von Italien über die Alpen nach Frankreich. Wir haben uns entschieden die „Dirt Road Mission“ auszulassen um dem Volvo nicht zu viel zuzumuten.
    Somit haben wir die zweite Road Mission gewählt und den Col d‘ izoard erklommen. Jetzt freuen wir uns aufs Abendessen und ein kuscheliges Bett 😉Leer más

    Heute war wieder richtig was los . Früh gestartet standen heute 2 Pässe, Monaco und dann zur Mountain Summit Abschlußparty nach St. Tropez. Wirklich beeindruckende Straßen und Landschaften haben uns die Französischen Alpen geboten. Die Road mission’s haben wir natürlich geschafft und der Volvo mag mittlerweile die Pässe auch 🤣 Wir hatten uns aber auch vorgenommen einige Challenges heute zu erledigen, welche wir mehr als erfüllt haben 💪💪💪

    Another great day!!! - Day 5

    After a lie-in and a great (and expensive) breakfast in St. Tropez, we were on the road again…without Team Apalkaner and Baerte ohne Grenze.
    We drove the D93 (Road Mission) to La Croix-Valmer and went on to Gotges du Verdon - one of Europe’s most beautiful canyons.
    Then on to the next mission: Chateau Baux-de-Provence. Wow!!!
    The plan was to go on to Alès for the night. But we had slight car problems. Nothing bad, but we want to prevent the worst 😉
    So here we are near Cavaillion, where the quattrobears will help us in the morning 🤗

    After 492 km and an attempt to help Team Alpakaner get gear oil, we are now on our way to Llivia for our two road missions of the day: drive through Llivia and El Pas de la Casa. After that there is a hotel room waiting for us in Andorra 🤗 (The rain was just a few km - thank god!)Leer más

    Day 6 - 607 km in 12 hours

    After getting up early and being on the road at 7 am, we apparently were the only team (we think) that didn’t go down south, but east to visit the Parc National des Cévennes. Then down south in the direction of Montpellier, along the coast via Narbonne and at Perpignan we drove west in the direction of Andorra. But first we completed both road missions for today:
    Drive through Llivia and drive the Pas de la Casa. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t on our side. A lot of rain and fog. So no view 🤦🏻‍♂️ Now we‘ve met up with Bärte ohne Grenzen and The Alpakaner for a well deserved beer!

    Day 7 - from Andorra to Montserrat

    Day 7 - Thinking we would have an ‘easy’ day we tracked down ‘How2Roadtrip’ and asked him to take a closer look at our Rallye Machine. The car was doing fine the last 3 days, but then we noticed that the ‘old’ problems were back again (at least hoping that was the case). So we drove over to him and let him do a quick check-up. After that we continued with Team Alpakaner towards our first Road Mission: drive from Llavorsi to Vielha. A wonderful route with amazing villages!
    Once in Vielha we made a stop for coffee, not only cause we needed one, but also due to our Rallye Machine, who was not in the mood for any missions today 😕 Luckily enough Hardy (How2Roadtrip) turned up and joined us for a bite to eat. After that, he checked Team Alpakanar’s Audi 80 and then got to taking a test drive with the Rallye Machine. To cut a long story short he fixed it like MacGyver would 🤩💪🏼
    From Vielha we drove via Lleide to Sank Ramon, where we took pics for Matze’s son, Ramon. With 3 hungry men ( out of a group of four), we decided to have a candlelight dinner along the roadside in Sank Ramon, before heading on to Montserrat, where we finally arrived around 11:45 pm. Another great day with BEAUTIFUL scenery and a lot of new things we have learnt from Hardy!
    Looking forward to seeing the surroundings here during the day tomorrow!

    Day 8 - Tarragona

    Day 8 - Zaragoza

    After completing the Task of the Day in Tarragona, we decided to drive to Zaragoza to have a good start on day 9.
    The Rallye Machine is getting louder and louder, so quickly got some parts from Baumarkt (just in time), had dinner with team Alpakaner and Bärte ohne Grenzen…Long story short, we ended up working on the car till 3 am…still not finished 🤦🏻‍♂️Leer más

    Day 9 - The Spanish Desert

    After not hearing the alarm at 6, we luckily woke up at 8 am. We checked the car and headed off (alone) towards Tudela, for our first Road Mission (Spanish Desert), where we unfortunately had to decide not to drive through the whole park, due to blocked roads and the only option being ‘off-road’. But the bit we drove through….OMG! Breathtaking! We are so small in this world.
    After that it was straight on to our 2nd mission: Sos del Rey Católico to Ruesta.
    Then on to our last destination for today: San Sébastien where we fulfilled the task of the day with other teams. Long story short: Another amazing day!!! 🤩    Leer más

    Day 10 - Grande Dune du Pilat (FR)
