Enjoyed the Rissotto/Salad
Rather cold and breezy day - Gerald and Sue braved the walking up the lighthouse - Pauline checked out the gardens
Explored a few of the nearby villages going on small “D” roads and then drove to Royan.
Their Cathedral was built after the 2nd world war as the original one had been bombed.

So does Gerald get his own baguette? We avoided cycling the St Nazaire Bridge as it has a reputation for causing cyclists to wobble in high winds. Instead we found a little ferry at Pellerin which was free. Enjoying the photos. [Michael & Ann]
