Horizontal Falls

Visiting Horizontal Falls was an amazing experience. The “falls” is caused by the changing local sea level due to tides of up to 10 metres. The water builds up on one side or the other of the gaps faster than it can flow through them, creating a waterfall up to 4 metres high. We went out on a vessel called the Ohana. It was pretty luxurious with an amazing degustation lunch. The local Bardi guide was very good and really made the day. I probably had one too many pina coladas!Meer informatie
