First Day of Rain

We've hit solid rain for the first time on our trip. It's literally rained since mid morning, all arvo and into the night. We gave our new rain jackets a try. We even had to take off the tags!
Speedway Fun!

Peaceful Bay Fish & Chips

The trees in the SW are next level! Each forrest is so unique, and the trees in the Frankland Forrest are amazing 🌳
Giants of Mandurah

Today we went Giant hunting and were lucky enough to discover 4 of these amazing works of art! It's definitely a unique attraction that brings so many people to Mandurah, discovering this beautiful Czytaj więcej
Port Gregory

What a windy little town this was! So famous in these parts for its pink lake to the East, but with a picturesque harbour on its West side that was such a contrasting blue. We imagine that it would be Czytaj więcej
Hutt Lagoon Pink Lake

Wow, it's definitely fifty shades of pink this lake 💗 from bubblegum pink to soft pastel pink it's a sight to be seen. It was even more spectacular to see from the air!
Pelican Feeding

Olivia loved feeding the pelicans, she got to throw a few fish which she thought was very cool! We just need to work on her throwing skills 🙄 it was really great to see these beautiful big birds up Czytaj więcej
Kalbarri Coastal Cliffs

The cliffs around Kalbarri are amazing, we can imagine how beautiful they would look on a clear day! We enjoyed the quick lookout walks to take in the views, all be it super hot!

What a beautiful coastal town, Kalbarri was a welcome stop during a heat wave, all be it with some pretty wild winds! Olivia has loved having Hugo at the same caravan park and enjoyed some chilling in Czytaj więcej
Kalbarri National Park - Hawks Head

Probably the lesser visited areas of Kalbarri National Park, the Ross Graham Lookout and Hawks Head lookouts provided a different perspective of the Murchison River.
Kalbarri National Park - Skywalk

What an amazing engineering marvel! Two steel structures perched atop the cliff, allowing you to peer over down to the Murchison River. The breeze was very welcome in the scorching heat too!

Another picture perfect spot in the park, definitely popular with the other tourists too, all trying to get a photo 📸 we would have loved to stay longer to enjoy the surroundings but it was just Czytaj więcej

Mother Nature has dialled up the heat! With temps around 45 degrees in the National Park we took things easy. Its a seriously impressive park, with spectacular views.

Olivia was once again over the moon to see Hugo (and Vanessa & Matts) orange caravan in the Kalbarri caravan park we are staying in. Hugo & Olivia enjoyed playing and watching Bluey over lunch and a Czytaj więcej
