An early start for Dom. While the kids slept Dom headed off to pick up the rental car for the day a Ford Mustang 2022 model in red which Dom named Sally. Breakfast was at Winnie & Ethels downtown diner. Where the staff were super friendly and was named after the Grandmother's of the owners. After breakfast we headed to the Pawn shop so the boys could go into the shop they have seen so many times on TV. Today was Martin Luther King day, so while the boys were in the Pawn shop, I caught glimpses of the parade going past. Swirls of colour and the constant rhythm of the drummers.

Top down and at 65mph we sped towards the Hover Dam with the top down. Built during the Depression; thousands of men and their families came to Black Canyon to tame the Colorado River. It took less than five years to build. The Dam is a National Historic Landmark and has been rated by the American Society of Civil Engineers as one of America's Seven Modern Civil Engineering Wonders.

After the Dam we split into a shopping team and a Vegas Sign team. After dropping back the car we all met back up at the Hotel for a 15 minute turnaround to head out for Steaks at a Paris themed restaurant named My Favourite Bistro and then onto the Blue Man Show which was an experience, paint drumming, paper explosions and crowd partipation.
