    First showday Tollwood

    First showday in Tollwood München. What an amazing festival this was. The terrain was beautiful. It was just the Hu and Heilung today, and we already were on stage at 8:15, but it was a gorgeous but very hot day so we spend most of our time in our backstage area and I had a lovely first showday. Now we are driving to a beautiful holiday park in Belgium where we are going to Swim, so more of that tomorrow. ❤️❤️ Czytaj więcej

    Showday - Rock Werchter

    Rock Werchter day. Sorry, I'm uploading most of these in my bunk in the bus at night so I don't really have the energy or headspace to write a lot of text. Now it's 02:34 and I really want to go to sleep 😅.

    But it was a great day! Not so hot as the other days. The show was only an hour so it was reeeaallly short and harder to get into, but we danced our butts of at Linkin Park and I am really having the best time ever 🤍✨️.     Czytaj więcej

    Showday Königstein

    Showday in Konigstein. It was a beautiful beautiful place, but it was very clear that this was the first time they organised something this big for the first time. They build up this stage specially for us which is amazing. Normally they have a stage up on the fortress but that would be too small to have Heilung on there...     Offday 1 - Wrocław PL

    We drove from Kiel to Poland and arrived quite late at our (5 star!) hotel. Nina was wandering through the city and I got a nice nice hot long bath and after that went for Pierogi with Mira and Janne and found a few others there. It was really really nice and I stayed there with Mira and we had some nice talks about our love and deep appreciation of the Māori lands and culture. We then checked at the reception if the spa was free because we heard we had to pay to get in, Mira and myself met up there, and slowly more people were joining and it quickly turned in a diving swimming pool party rather than a spa experience.

    I had some long catch ups with Nina in the pool and around midnight we went to bed. I had quite a bad night, was awake a lot, and although it was a very nice hotel. Getting used to a new environment is sometimes hard, so I think I would have slept better in my bunk hahah. 😅😬     Czytaj więcej

    Showday - Hala Stulecia Wrocław PL

    Showday in the very very cool venue where they also filmed scenes for the new Hunger Games movie. Very nice crew there, but I noticed how many times I need to ask for the ingredients to make the Gollum Juice at different venues.
    It was a cloudy day and I have been having this gloomy sad feeling over myself the last couple of days.

    Before warrior training we had a private sharing circle with all the warriors and it was a very open and intense one for me personally, but I could see also for a lot of us. But it was very good we did it and I feel even more connected to this beautiful group of weird amazing talented beings.

    It's hard to believe that this was the second to last show of this tour already. Only one more show day and it is over again... I am now lying in my bunk in the bus while we drive to Saarbrucken in Germany, so I have more calmness and rest over me to write a bit.

    The ceremony was very powerful. A lot of them this tour have been some of the most powerful ones I've experienced thus far. It feels amazing to experience this. I have cried a lot this tour and I feel that for a lot of us it has been a very emotional strong but tough one, in both a beautiful way and a sad way.

    Nina and myself took the early shuttle back to our hotel at 23:30 and we managed to persuade Martin (with a little bribery haha) to let us use the bubble bath in his room, because we didn't have one. For a 5 star hotel, Nina and myself had (still amazing ofcourse, don't get me wrong) the most standard room, so we went to explore different rooms as we did in Australia as well when we had that crazy hotel in Sydney.

    So we started in Martins room and ended up in Nicolas's room at 3 am to check out his room and have some nice talks before being too tired to keep our eyes open anymore.

    I'm cherishing this so much, but am now really in need of a little recharge in bed.. 😴😴     Czytaj więcej

    2nd offday in Wrocław PL

    Hotel checkout was at 12 today, so Nina and me made the most of it and slept until 11 before we had to pack our messy suitcases to continue our travels.

    We stored our luggage in the luggage room at the hotel and went to a restaurant Mira suggested in our freebie channel on our Heilung discord and we had the most amazing food. It was too much but oh so good.

    Then we went for a stroll to some shops and I had a call with Koen before joining Nina again to go to a store that Nadia suggested and I bought a really nice new bag and Nina bought an awesome tshirt. Then I went to a local handcraft market, didn't buy anything and then we had a drink at the restaurant where we had the pierogi on the first night and waited at our hotel before our bus all at 17:30 to drive to Saarbrucken as we are doing now.

    I had my dinner in the bus which I bought at the supermarket and went to my bunk. Just updating this, watching some series and listening to my favourite Maori playlist.
    At home this is my everyday ritual, but as we are in such a (social) busy bubble during touring, I barely had time to do that which feels really nice right now. Just some alone relaxing time in these crazy crazy trips we have. ❤️❤️     Czytaj więcej

    Showday - Saarbrücken DE

    Last showday of this tour and what a day it was. Beautiful last meditation session before warrior training and good talks afterwards. The vibe was lovely and I tried to enjoy every moment of it. I really soaked it in, because it is over again.

    I can not believe how I get sucked in this close bubble and really live such an epic adventure with people I love deeply. Once again, we got closer and closer, but I wish we could have more time to give that even more time to develope. Especially during those last aftershow parties, the best conversations and dance sessions happen. We were also joined by the HU, which was really nice but also a thing that happened to late for our feeling.

    Half of our show was in daylight, so that felt quite strange but more powerful because I could look a lot of people in the audience directly in the eyes which made it even more special.

    Everything went smoothly and it was an amazing ceremony once again.. we had 2 showers for everyone, so Martin made a whole shower schedule for us which also went quite smooth. After that we had a lovely aftershow party and I went to bed at 03:30.     Czytaj więcej

    Traveling home

    We had buscall at 5:30 to drive from Saarbrücken to Frankfurt airport to get a plane home.
    We got abruptly awoken at 08:30 by some confusion of when we had to get off the bus, but in the end we had to leave them an hour later so there was stress for nothing 😅

    The Dutch group (except Nina who booked herself a train) flew at 11:45 back to the Netherlands and an hour later we were back in our lowlands. I'm going to miss these peoples and I can't wait to see them again in 3 weeks in Valencia, SP.     Czytaj więcej
