We finished out our day with a walking tour of old town Quito, where we saw beautiful architecture and learned about the city’s history, followed by a visit and tasting at a fair trade chocolateもっと詳しく

We toured old city all day, entered beautiful churches, went to a chocolate tasting, and then ate at a local restaurant. It was a 10 hour day!
Arrived Safely in the Galapagos

We visited the Twin Craters, trekked through lava tunnels and saw Galapagos Tortoises in the wild!
Charles Darwin Reaearch Station

We visited the Charles Darwin research station to learn about repopulation efforts for the Giant Galapagos Tortoises.
Puerto Ayora

We finished off a VERY busy day with dinner and live music followed by exploring and shopping in Puerto Ayora! We found a sleepy sea lion family and some baby reef sharks!
Isla Santa Cruz

Another awesome day. We saw tortoises, iguanas, sea lions, and sharks. We hiked several miles and went through a lava tunnel, ate fresh oranges from the trees, and walked out on a pier to see a babyもっと詳しく

The first half of the day we walked through a lava field to an inlet to see sharks resting. Then we snorkeled, and saw some fish, a sea turtle and mist of us swam over white tipped sharks.

We had a blast checking out another Giant tortoise breeding center, watching flamingoes in the wild and visiting the beach. We had a great dinner and are on our way back to go to bed!

National Park of the Galapagos

This morning we awoke by 4:30 am to catch out 2 hour boat ride back to Isabela island. We had breakfast, did a 2 mile hike, had free time on the beach and saw iguanas.

This morning we arrived back in Puerto Ayora for breakfast then hiked to a beautiful white sand beach for some fun in the sun! This afternoon we will spend some more time exploring Puerto Ayora!

We finished off a busy day (over 17,000 steps!) with a game night hosted by Mr. Sobo after dinner!
San Cristobal AM excursions

We took our ferry to San Cristobal this morning and went hiking and snorkeling right after breakfast. We saw Sea Lions, Sea Turtles, a marine iguana, brittle sea stars, fish and an octopus!
