Vietnam! 🇻🇳

Highlights of Vietnam:

1. Deep water solo rock climbing at Cat Ba Island. A crazy experience climbing with no equipment and just jumping off the cliff into the water. I've wanted to try it for ages and very proud of myself for doing it, I was so scared!

2. Ha Giang Loop 3-day motorbike tour of the north. Beautiful scenery and I even tried driving the motorbike for a section of the journey which was also a very crazy experience to me. We were living life on the edge (literally driving on the edge of a mountain). Lots of fun and met some crazy vietnamese people at dinner time where they drank shots of 'happy water' every night.

3. Exploring Hanoi. Hustle and bustle busy city but with a lot of charm and loads of backpackers. Feels like a true backpacker experience whereas Indonesia was a bit more of a luxury backpacker experience. I really liked the change of pace but not sure my nervous system would enjoy much more of it.

Chris is sick at the moment so we are just chilling in a nice homestay in the countryside. I'm taking good care of him and he has a gorgeous view of the mountains from his bed. Only 2 days left in Vietnam but we already ticked off the must-do's so I'm happy to have a chill couple of days :)Lue lisää
