I got to do some farming of kohlrabi at the family's farm. They own over 100 acres in which they grow a wide range of rice and vegetables.

旅行者All helps! And deepens your understanding of the culture and what is happening around you. We are struggling more with learning hangul for SK trip than any other language previously. I can't even pronounce hello correctly yet!!

Just a quick note to show some shots of the actual Mekong Delta. It is beautiful but unfortunately absolutely loaded with rubbish in the water and ashore. I managed to get some rare pics where noもっと詳しく
旅行者Such a shame about the rubbish (happening many, many places world over unfortunately). Our last visit to the MD area was for several nights back in 2008 and we just went back and looked at our pics of all the river banks and estuaries, etc, and can't see any rubbish whatsoever. Good that they make an effort to clean up though!
