TravelerFor sure, nothing like one's own bed, pillow and shower upon return! Although for Rob and I, after a few days of 'aaahh, home comforts' we are already planning the next big adventure haha! I can picture the reactions of both Triss and Ciri - exactly as you expected. Don't forget to give yourself a massive pat on the back and HUGE, HUGE KUDOS to self for all the intensive planning and research for the trip. It is all that pre-work that mitigates many otherwise possible unforeseen issues, and enables one to weather (with a more positive attitude) the stuff that can pop up unexpectedly or go awry.
