The Sixth Floor Museum at Dealey Plaza - what an amazing museum. A definite visit when in Dallas. Dallas a very friendly and inviting place, a must when visiting the USA.

Recommend the Gumbo and Jambalaya and The Shrimp Po Boys - we are feeling very local. Our tour of the Lafayette Cemetery was amazing and learnt much about the history behind Mardi Gras - can't believe Czytaj więcej

What a day! Elvis is still as large as life. Loved our time out at Graceland and visiting museums. An absolute must when visiting Memphis.

National Civil Rights Museum

What a fantastic museum. So much to see and learn. We had no idea this was where Martin Luther King Jr was assassinated.

Last day in Washington DC

Arlington Cemetery is a must, so grand in a sad way. Our time in Washington has been wonderful seeing the many memorials and monuments. Every where we have been the people have been amazing. Off to Czytaj więcej

Well Detroit wasn't on our list to visit but here we are - stuck in the airport 🙄
Snow storms hitting NY so we were diverted here to try and get in but all flights cancelled.

After a little rough time getting to New York - we love it!
Finally got into our room at 1.30 am after a 6 am start that day and my luggage turned up the next night - thank God.

Tonight we went and saw the Broadway Musical- Beautiful, the Carol King Story. What a fantastic musical.

What a way to finish our days in New York. We experienced the Harlem Gospel Singers today at the BB King Blues Bar and WHAT a way to hear the Gospel!
