First Christmas in Dunedin for 3 years. Great to spend it with Mark & Josephine, Tash & Josh. Ate and drank too much, but isn’t that what you’re supposed to do?
First Dunedin golf round for the holidays. Twelve Oaks. A nine hole course out the back of Mosgiel. Played well (79).
Day trip up to Orokonui Ecosanctuary. A wildlife reserve with heaps of native birds and creatures. Kids loved seeing and listening to the bird calls in the trees.
Quick stop to visit the family home town of Port Chalmers. Awesome views from the lookout.
Second round of the Dunedin trip. Headed down the harbour to Port Chalmers for a game with my cousin Richard.
Always a favourite stop when in Dunedin. Good beer on tap and the chips are delicious.
Saturday round at Taieri with Mark (Father in law). Best round of the holiday so far, +7, 79.
It’s not a trip to Dunedin without a stop at the Dinosaur Park. Probably the windiest visit to the park we’ve ever had. Kids still loved it.
