Getting into New Year's spirit

Today we walked and then walked some more and then I wanted to bake some 'oliebollen'..
I don't have any kitchen scales or measuring cups here so I had to make the recipe just guessing..
So I thought the dough was a but too thin but I never made 'oliebollen' before so I don't actually know. I let it rise but it rose more than I expected so the dough was coming out of the pan on it's own... Next challenge was how to know the oil is hot enough to start baking.. Also a guess.. But all in all I think I did it.. They look like 'oliebollen', they smell like 'oliebollen' and who would have thought they taste like 'oliebollen' as well!Læs mere
