Day #134 China (part 1)

Early start this morning with a trip to see the Great Wall of China (the Mutianyu part).

The day started out very misty and foggy and you couldn't see a lot. But the weather cleared up and you could then appreciate the actual scale of it.

The wall in total spans more than 21,000km (13,000 miles) and was built over a 2000 year period. We walked a good 10km along the wall.Read more
